Raised on a farm, Bill is a native of Dowagiac, Mich., a U.S. Navy veteran, graduate of Central Michigan University, writer, producer and comedic actor. Additionally, he is the host of the Man Up podcast and brings his understated wit and comedy experience to the podcast.

Born in Brooklyn, Steve began his career as a journalist covering telecommunications and Internet technology before transitioning to policy writing and analysis. He has also been a member of a blackjack team and plays poker at a professional level.
Robert Cocheu “The Professor”
Robert is a regular on the Man Up podcast. Born and raised on the east side of Houston in the community of Galena Park, he graduated from the University of Houston. Robert is a professional corporate trainer and and leader in the talent development field in the Houston area. He holds the Certified Professional of Talent Development (CPTD) designation.
Michael Cropper “The Judge”
Michael Cropper is another of the regular panelists on the Man Up podcast. He is a practicing attorney and a native Houstonian. He has a journalism degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a law degree from South Texas College of Law. His bright future as a rock band member and life as a bachelor were terminated when he accepted the Lord’s invitation to walk in a deeper faith with Christ.
Earl Lloyd “The Evangelist”
Born in St..Louis, Earl has been living in the Houston area for 30 years. He is a lifelong Baptist, and when he’s not teaching God’s word, or singing it out it on Sundays in the choir, he is fortifying his faith through Bible study. He counts both the Bible and a prayerful life as cornerstones of his spiritual life. A year-round sports fan, he enjoys watching baseball, football, basketball, hockey and soccer.
